The machines now dominate the production of products offering speed and low production costs, giving the consumer a standardized and personalityless product. Wanting to avoid this, we chose the whole construction of our products to be done entirely by hand.

The most difficult and time consuming part of this process is sewing. The specific way of sewing that we use is internationally called saddle stitching and indicates the technique that even today saddle makers use to achieve the best result, offering maximum safety to the rider. The method of saddle stitching is the safest method of sewing since, unlike sewing the machine, if one point of the thread is cut, it does not allow the rest of the seam to be removed.

In addition to the tradition of hundreds of years in sewing, saddle stitching offers a high quality result while giving it the character of handmade.
