Availability

All of my work is made to order so please allow some working days for your order to be handmade, packaged and shipped.In each product you will find the exact shipping time and at the checkout the estimated delivery time. Due to the special conditions of the pandemic, there may be delays in the products delivery.

Product returns

If for some reason you are not happy with your order then please contact within 7 days arrange a return and send items back within 14 days. Items must be unused and in there original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a refund of the item price will be given on inspection of the item. Custom orders, personalised items and sale items are not eligible for returns.

Order cancellations

If the online order has been completed but the product has not been manufactured yet, you can call +30 2310526517 or contact us electronically and we will undertake the cancellation of your order.
