All of my work is made to order so please allow some working days for your order to be handmade, packaged and shipped.In each product you will find the exact shipping time and at the checkout the estimated delivery time. Due to the special conditions of the pandemic, there may be delays in the products delivery.<\/p>\n

Product returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

If for some reason you are not happy with your order then please contact within 7 days arrange a return and send items back within 14 days.\n\nItems must be unused and in there original packaging.\n\nYou will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a refund of the item price will be given on inspection of the item.\n\nCustom orders, personalised items and sale items are not eligible for returns.<\/p>\n
